Hexagon Building, Parker Street
We successfully acquired four two bedroom apartments for an overseas client in the building. The main focus was to find centrally located new build apartments that will rent very quickly and can be purchased at a discount. The Hexagon building meets all the fundamentals of a PCL buy to let, providing an attractive yield and minimal vacancy period due to vicinity of LSE and Kings College London. We manged to pre let two of the four units before completion at competitive levels to students coming back to London for September term start. The building has great transport links, is walking distance to shops, restaurants and theatre land of Covent Garden and Soho.
