We act for PLC housebuilders, private developers, global private equity funds, UHNW private clients and family offices, combining institutional capability with a bespoke advisory model to deliver a focused, aligned and outcome-driven service.

Our services

We advise on residential investment transactions across London and key UK markets, including bulk unit sales, forward funding, forward purchase agreements and portfolio transactions. Our role is to structure and execute opportunities that connect high-quality residential assets with institutional and private capital. Over the past two years alone, we have transacted close to £500m of BTR/PRS assets comprising approximately 1,500 units, including stabilised income-producing buildings and forward commitment and funding solutions for newly delivered schemes. Combining deep market knowledge with direct access to capital, we deliver efficient exit solutions for developers and high-quality opportunities for investors.

We provide clear, impartial advice and full support throughout the acquisition process, ensuring it is managed efficiently from initial search through to completion. We advise high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, including prominent families and senior executives of major global companies, on the acquisition of prime residential property across London and key UK markets. Through our market intelligence and established relationships, we source and secure properties both on and off market, providing access to opportunities not typically available through conventional property searches. The best properties rarely reach the open market, and access to them usually requires experienced representation.
