We provided comprehensive support to an institutional client for a property we originally acquired for them several years ago. Following a successful rolling refurbishment, we secured a long-term corporate tenant under an internal repairing and insuring lease at a strong and competitive rent. Notably, the tenant invested significant capital expenditure into the building, enhancing its value—an asset the client will retain at lease expiration. This strategic approach not only maximized rental income but also added long-term value to the property. Later this year, we will bring the building to market for sale, showcasing our full 360-degree service: from acquisition and on going support to securing premium tenants and eventual disposal.
